Assuming that you are logged into Facebook, visit this page and you’ll get a neatly arranged list of telephone numbers of all your Facebook friend along with their names and profile pictures.
Take a print and you’ll always have those phone numbers ready whenever you need them.

This link is now out-dated. It goes to a Facebook Mobile app page. You can get a list of FB friends bu selecting Account Settings and clicking the "Download a copy of your Facebook data" for a list of friends and other info but do it overnight while you sleep for it may take hours. Thanks!
